                                           INCREASED INSPECTIONS & ENFORCEMENT

                       RENFORCEMENT DES CONTRÔLES ET DE L'APPLICATION DE LA LOI

 

 

Due to an increase in illegal barbers working in barber shops or operating illegal barber shop there is an increase in inspectors and inspections currently taking place throughout New Brunswick. It is important to understand that every person that is performing barbering services must hold a valid barbers License in New Brunswick, and every barber shop must be registered by the Association.

If your establishment is subject to an inspection, please be cooperative with the inspector and ensure your documents are posted in accordance with the Act. The inspectors will only spend as much time as necessary to complete the task, if violations are found the inspector will comply with by-law 17 inclusive.

En raison d'une augmentation du nombre de barbiers illégaux travaillant dans des salons de barbier ou exploitant des salons de barbier illégaux, il y a une augmentation du nombre d'inspecteurs et d'inspections actuellement en cours partout au Nouveau-Brunswick. Il est important de comprendre que toute personne qui fournit des services de barbier doit détenir un permis de barbier valide au Nouveau-Brunswick et que chaque salon de barbier doit être immatriculés auprès de l'Association.

Si votre établissement fait l'objet d'une inspection, veuillez coopérer avec l'inspecteur et vous assurer que vos documents sont affichés conformément à la Loi. Les inspecteurs ne consacreront que le temps nécessaire à la réalisation de la tâche. Si des violations sont constatées, l'inspecteur se conformera au règlement administratifs 17 inclusivement.
